Bread Lounge History
Bread Lounge came up in 2010 to the Art District of Downtown Los Angeles. The founder Ran Zimon started the bakery house to serve freshly baked breads and other products to the neighborhood families and travelers from across the country.
This modern bakery and coffeehouse featuring a selection of traditional European breads and pastries is one of its kind established in LA.

After working as an apprentice for some years, Ran turned into a baker and there came a time when opening up his own bakery became a dream he pursued when he moved to LA from Israel.
