The first Quills Coffee store came up in 2007 in Louisville’s Germantown neighborhood. The founder Nathan Quillo started Quills Coffee along with his brother Gabe to give shape to his immense love for coffee and his passionate knowledge about the same.
Quillo’s love for coffee began just as a coffee drinker, and enthusiast which took him to the position of a barista. During his social work, Quillo used to propagate his coffee knowledge to students he met in local coffee houses.
This blooming passion gave birth to the vision of Quills Coffee and eventually, Nathan was joined by his brother Gabe and that’s when they conceived Quills Coffee.
