The Sambalatte started its journey in 2010 at Rampart Blvd. Las Vegas. The founder Luiz C. Oliveira began Sambalatte after being in the Hotel and Food industry for a lifetime. He was inclined towards beverages after being in the food world for more than 28 years.

His sheer passion to explore and know more things about coffee took him to many coffee farms, symposiums, and the like just to know coffee better.

During this period, Luiz traveled across South America, the US, and Europe to research for the concept of starting Sambalatte. Finally, after years of travel and lookouts, in 2010, Luiz launched his passion project Sambalatte.

Sambalatte coffee is what we can call pure craft that is attained after a lot of research and thought processes. The founder wanted to give the world the best coffee experience and what its trueness is, that’s how to get involved in coffee as one and produce the best form of it for the natives of Las Vegas.

Sambalatte features only premium coffee that is sourced from across the globe, to offer an experience to each coffee enthusiast.

As a part of the expansion, Sambalatte started with the Rampart Blvd. location in Las Vegas and currently operates at two more locations in Molasky Center and Jones, both in Las Vegas.
